Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Mexico City seeks a Treasury Services onboarding coordinator to support Brazil Implementation Requests and related onboarding activities, helping ensure accurate setup and timely delivery.

You will collaborate with bankers, clients, product partners, and operations to move requests forward, translate requirements into actionable configurations, and maintain clear communication while mitigating risks.

Responsibilities

• Review onboarding/Implementation Requests for completeness.
• Coordinate onboarding activities across bankers, clients, product partners, operations, Treasury Management Sales, and implementation teams to close open items.
• Translate client requirements into clear, actionable setup/configuration needs (e.g., account services and product setup).
• Track requests end-to-end, proactively follow up on outstanding items, and elevate blockers or delays that could impact timelines or client experience.
• Maintain clear written and verbal communication with internal stakeholders (status updates, inquiry support, issue escalation, and problem solving).
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate risks related to incorrect setup, data issues, or client complaints.
• Support Treasury Services implementations by assisting implementation managers with documentation, tracking, and coordination of testing/connectivity and digital banking readiness.
