Job summary

Essity is seeking an Associate Brand Coordinator to join our Marketing team in Mexico City. You will work closely with the Brand Manager and collaborate with local, regional and global teams to translate brand strategies into impactful consumer and customer initiatives.

This is an early-career opportunity to develop in Brand Management, with exposure to strategy, finance, consumer insights, and campaign activation.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management or related areas.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Proficiency with Excel and numerical data.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Support Brand Manager in driving brand performance, including P&L, market share and key indicators.
• Assist in developing and monitoring annual brand plans and A&P investments.
• Coordinate planning and execution of brand campaigns, activations and launches.
• Conduct brand, category and market analyses to identify opportunities and insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product innovations and distribution.
