Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in marketing or brand management.

• Basic to intermediate Excel skills.
• English proficiency for international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support Brand Manager in driving brand performance, including P&L and market share.
• Contribute to annual brand plans and A&P investments.
• Plan, execute and track brand campaigns, activations and launches.
• Conduct brand, category and market analyses for insights.
• Support product portfolio, assortment and pricing in line with strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams on product innovations.
• Translate consumer and customer insights into recommendations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and partners for effective execution.
• Bring new ideas and a consumer-focused mindset to the brands.
