Corning Inc. is seeking a Digital Community Engagement Specialist in Mexico to strengthen our digital presence by engaging with online audiences, supporting content activation, and creating visual materials.

You will monitor platforms, develop engaging visuals, and help schedule content in coordination with the communications team. The role requires 1–2 years in community management, solid graphic design and basic video editing skills, and strong written communication.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in community management, social media, digital content creation, or related areas, including internships or academic projects.
• Hands‑on experience managing social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Strong graphic design skills.
• Basic video editing skills.
• Strong written and visual communication skills, with creativity and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor social media platforms and digital communities, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Create engaging visual content such as graphics, images, and short-form videos aligned with brand guidelines and adapted to different platforms.
• Support content scheduling and publication in coordination with the communications team.
• Track engagement metrics, monitor audience sentiment, and identify potential reputational risks for timely escalation.
