Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in Mexico is seeking an entry-level Branch Personal Executive to support the execution of sales, products and service activities in coordination with the customer service team.

You will attract and retain new customers, promote financial products such as accounts, credit cards, insurance and loans, and achieve monthly sales goals while delivering an exceptional client experience and maintaining risk controls.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in sales of financial products.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attract and retain new customers and sell financial products
• Promote and sell financial products such as accounts, credit cards, insurance, personal loans and investments; achieve monthly sales goals
• Complete branch sales and/or visit clients and prospected customers for sales
• Complete customer retention
• Assess risk and ensure compliance in business decisions and operations
