Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in lifestyle, boutique hotels, preferably in Mexico City.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Strong networker with emotional intelligence and a results-driven mindset.
• Proficient in hotel sales systems and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Strategic business development to secure new corporate accounts and group bookings.
• Account management with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners.
• Drive room nights, F&B buyouts, and event sales to meet targets.
• Attend industry events and host prospective clients to grow the local market.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing and Operations to create attractive packages.
• Track performance and prepare forecasting and pipeline reports.
