The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of bar supervisory experience, strong mixology skills, and a proactive approach to cost control, inventory, and training. English fluency is essential, with a local language proficiency and a 3rd language a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years as Bar Supervisor or Assistant Bar Manager.
