Job summary

bp is establishing a Business and Technology Centre in Santa Fe, Mexico City, to enhance customer experience and drive innovation. This role centers on centralized billing for TA, with invoices from third-party vendors and eShop processing; you will liaise with vendors and customers and maintain accuracy across billing systems.

Hybrid schedule based in Santa Fe offices, 1:00 pm–9:00 pm shift, with weekend flexibility.

Qualifications

• High School degree required; college preferred.
• Two years of equivalent business experience, preferably in dispatch/service.
• Central billing experience preferred.
• Proficient in Windows Excel, Truck Service System, RoadSquad Center DB.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to multi-task under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Receive TA ERA invoices from 3rd party vendors.
• Review invoices for accuracy, close ERA event in Reach.
• Detail Truck Service invoices and issue payments to vendors.
• Upload invoices into TA eShop and bill customers.
• Prepare PO invoices and close work orders; follow up on open WOs.
