Intugo, in partnership with a foreign company specialized in immigration law services, is looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage their invoicing operations.

Work is on-site in Hermosillo, Monday–Friday, with a salary of $22,000 gross monthly and a bilingual English/Spanish requirement. The role offers growth within an international organization and a structured invoicing function.

Formación

• Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.
• 1 year of entry-level billing experience preferred.
• High school diploma required; finance/accounting degree preferred.

Salary: $22,000 Gross Monthly

Main Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end invoicing process to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and high-quality customer service
• Generate and distribute accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner
• Verify billing data, correct errors, and reconcile customer accounts to resolve discrepancies
• Address and resolve client billing inquiries and disputes promptly and empathetically
• Prepare regular financial reports on billing activities, such as outstanding invoices and payment status
• Maintain comprehensive and organized billing files in accordance with company policies

Ideal Profile

• Languages: Mandatory fluency in written and oral English and Spanish for this bilingual role
• Experience: 1 year of entry-level experience, with prior billing experience highly preferred
• Education: High school diploma required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is preferred
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets)
• Competencies: Strong time management skills and high integrity in handling sensitive information
