Redial BPO in Mexicali is seeking a Bilingual Sales & Event Booking Agent to drive revenue through bookings and memberships. You will manage inquiries, present event options, and close recurring memberships while building relationships with families, schools, and organizations.

The role requires energetic, outgoing, and sales-driven individuals with strong communication and multitasking abilities, working on-site in Mexicali with opportunities for commissions and training support.

Formación

• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Experience in sales, call center, or appointment-setting preferred.
• Strong closing skills and ability to handle objections.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Goal-oriented with sales targets.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers interested in booking parties, group events, and experiences.
• Sell event packages, group outings, and corporate events.
• Promote and close recurring membership plans.
• Convert inbound and outbound leads into confirmed bookings.
• Build relationships with families, schools, and community organizations.
• Present packages, address objections, and recommending the best event options.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings in CRM systems.
• Support local marketing efforts through outreach and partnerships.
