REDIAL BPO in Mexicali is seeking a Bilingual Sales & Event Booking Agent fluent in English and Spanish to help families, schools, and organizations plan unforgettable events while driving revenue through bookings and memberships.

You will be the first contact for bookings, sell event packages, promote memberships, and manage leads in CRM, with a dynamic team, training, and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Previous sales, call center, or appointment-setting experience preferred.
• Strong closing skills and ability to overcome objections.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for sales targets.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for booking inquiries.
• Sell event packages, group outings, and corporate events.
• Promote and close recurring membership plans.
• Convert inbound/outbound leads into bookings.
• Build relationships with families, schools, and organizations.
• Present packages and address objections, recommend options.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions and bookings.
• Support local marketing through outreach and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers interested in booking parties, group events, and experiences
• Sell event packages, group outings, and corporate events
• Promote and close recurring membership plans
• Convert inbound and outbound leads into confirmed bookings
• Build relationships with families, schools, and community organizations
• Present packages, address objections, and recommending the best event options
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings in CRM systems
• Support local marketing efforts through outreach and partnerships

Qualifications

• Bilingual required: English & Spanish
• Previous sales, call center, or appointment-setting experience preferred
• Strong closing skills and confidence in overcoming objections
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple leads efficiently
