Integon in Mexico is seeking a Roadside Rescue Advisor to coordinate emergency support by connecting customers with roadside assistance providers. You will dispatch the right provider, communicate updates clearly, and ensure customers feel informed and cared for throughout the rescue process.

Ideal candidates stay calm under pressure, convey empathy, and enjoy helping customers in moments of need. The role requires bilingual English and Spanish, strong communication, and the ability to multitask

Formación

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Advanced English and Spanish bilingual proficiency.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask across multiple systems.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate emergency roadside support by dispatching the right service provider.
• Communicate updates clearly and empathetically to customers.
• Aim for first-call resolution and high customer satisfaction.
• Locate and engage providers to ensure fast roadside rescues.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and service partners.
• Follow established procedures and time-sensitive protocols.
• Work with urgency and professionalism in diverse situations.
