Job summary

TKO StaffPros, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented bilingual Recruiting Coordinator to support our growing recruitment operations. You will own the full recruitment pipeline—from job posting to candidate onboarding—and ensure an exceptional experience for clients and talent in Saltillo.

Responsibilities include screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate data with recruitment metrics.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of staffing or recruiting experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Collaborative team player with a client-service mindset.
• Knowledge of employment law and recruiting best practices (preferred).

• Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates
• Maintain accurate candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
• Develop job descriptions and recruitment materials in collaboration with hiring managers
• Identify and communicate staffing needs with internal teams
• Deliver a positive, professional candidate experience at every touchpoint
• Support the rollout of recruitment strategies and process improvements
