DIHO in Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico, is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to join our on-site team. You will manage full-cycle recruitment for U.S.-based clients, leveraging headhunting and proactive sourcing to connect top talent with premier opportunities.

The role requires advanced English, KPI-driven hiring, and collaboration across multicultural client groups. You should excel in fast-paced environments and build lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Formación

• Experience recruiting for U.S.-based clients.
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken, written, listening).
• Full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Head hunting and direct sourcing experience.
• Proficient with ZipRecruiter, Monster, Indeed and LinkedIn.
• Excellent communication and candidate negotiation skills.
• Experience driving recruitment by KPIs and metrics.
• Experience recruiting for operational, technical, and specialized roles.
• Experience in Energy, Manufacturing, Geology, Engineering, Industrial ops.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement.
• Recruit for U.S.-based clients across roles.
• Develop headhunting strategies to identify top candidates.
• Negotiate opportunities to achieve successful placements.
• Publish and manage job postings across platforms.
• Screen candidates and conduct interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Monitor metrics and ensure KPI compliance.
• Maintain active talent pipelines for current and future needs.
