Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Recruiter to source, screen and attract talent for operations in Mexico. Reporting to the Talent Partner, the ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish and English, and able to support a fast-paced, high-volume environment in Monterrey. The role covers full-cycle recruitment for both operations and professional positions, with strong emphasis on collaboration with managers and agencies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a recruiter in full-life cycle recruiting, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR technologies.
• Knowledge of Mexican labor laws and hiring practices.
• Experience managing recruitment agencies and vendor relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, third party partners, and referrals.
• Screen applicants and conduct interviews to assess qualifications, experience and fit.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings in line with local regulations.
• Extend job offers and negotiate terms with candidates.
• Build and maintain a proactive pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Stay informed about recruitment industry trends and best practices.
• Design and execute mass recruitment campaigns for high-volume operational roles.
