About the Role

Our growing Neurology Clinic is seeking experienced and highly organized Bilingual Virtual Schedulers to support our U.S.-based clinics. We are looking for professionals who are fluent in both English and Spanish and have experience in patient scheduling, healthcare coordination, case management, patient intake, and medical administration.

Candidates must have either an educational background in a medical or healthcare-related field or previous professional experience working in the healthcare industry. Experience in patient coordination, medical offices, or specialty clinics is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of medical terminology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide outstanding patient service while managing a high volume of appointments and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Scheduler, Medical Scheduler, Patient Coordinator, Case Manager, Medical Assistant, or in a similar healthcare role.

• Experience working in healthcare, medical offices, or specialty clinics.

• Neurology experience is highly preferred.

• Knowledge of medical terminology, patient intake, and healthcare scheduling workflows.

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient confidentiality.

Work Schedule & Location

This is a hybrid position based in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico.

• Monday: Work from home (remote).

• Tuesday through Friday: On-site at our offices located on the 5th floor of Torres Moradas II, Monterrey, Nuevo León.

• Full-time schedule.

• Optional Saturday shifts may be available depending on operational needs.

Important: Candidates must be located in Monterrey, Nuevo León, and be able to commute to our office from Tuesday through Friday.

Compensation

• Independent Contractor position.

• Starting compensation: MXN $26,000 per month.

• Increase to MXN $28,000 per month after 60 days, subject to the agreed compensation terms.

• Weekly payments.

• Candidates must provide their own computer and equipment during the first 30 days.
