Job summary

Resolv Global is seeking a detail-oriented bilingual patient-support professional to join our fully remote team. You will be the main contact for patients, guiding them from scheduling to post-visit follow-up in English and Spanish.

Role requires at least 1 year in customer service or patient support, remote-work experience, and strong written communication across multiple platforms. The position is fully remote and based in Mexico with laptop provided and required extra screen setup.

We are looking for a detail-oriented, caring, and reliable bilingual professional to join our remote patient support team.

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for patients, helping them navigate their care journey from scheduling appointments to receiving follow-up guidance after their visits.

This is a fully remote, full-time position open to candidates based in Mexico. If you genuinely enjoy helping people, communicate clearly in both English and Spanish, and thrive in a structured remote environment, we would love to hear from you.

What You Will Do

• Respond to patient inquiries through inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, text messages, and web chats
• Schedule patient appointments and manage changes or cancellations
• Provide patients with clear pre-appointment and post-appointment instructions

Contract & Compensation

• $5.50 USD per hour
• Paid weekly in arrears
• Independent contractor position
