This role requires highly organized individuals with exceptional English and Spanish communication skills to support Mexico-based operations while aligning with international standards.

• Experience in admin/PA or Patient Care Coordinator roles.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication (written and verbal).
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative support to senior management: calendars, meetings, travel arrangements.
• Handle correspondence, take minutes, and prepare documents for meetings.
• Assist with presentation materials and reports.
• Manage incoming calls and emails with professional responses.
• Organize and maintain confidential files and databases.
• Support events, meetings, and special projects.
• Research and prepare reports as needed.
• Oversee office supplies and equipment maintenance.
• Serve as main contact for patients, ensuring a professional experience.
• Coordinate patient scheduling, intake forms, and medical records.
• Coordinate consultations and follow-ups with physicians and staff.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards.
• Assist with billing, payments, and insurance documentation.
