First Advantage seeks a Bilingual Operations Specialist in Mexico City. This on-site role supports pre-employment screenings, ensuring accurate results and data integrity. You will verify information with employers, schools and databases, and produce detailed reports in both Spanish and English.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, 1+ year experience in call center/BPO or fact-checking, strong communication and 20 WPM typing accuracy. Proficiency in MS Office is required.

Formación

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• At least 1+ year experience, preferably in call center/BPO or with fact-checking.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and reading comprehension.
• Typing speed of at least 20 WPM with 90% accuracy.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite, especially Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Handle verifications for high-profile clients and follow SOPs.
• Verify candidate details with employers, schools, and databases.
• Write detailed, accurate reports and flag discrepancies.
• Record information in First Advantage platforms and ensure data integrity.
• Meet daily volume and accuracy targets; perform quality checks.
