Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish & English (written and spoken).
• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate/Bachelor’s preferred.
• 3–5 years in a verifications, call center, or data verification role.
• Experience with FADV systems is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Learn and become expert with client SOPs and FADV systems.
• Meet or exceed unit performance targets (TAT, UTV, Quality).
• Document all elemental interactions clearly and accurately.
• Mentor Verifications Specialists and support team members.
• Assist in root cause analysis for discrepancies.
