Mangone Law Firm, LLC seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead our legal production team. You will oversee the end-to-end workflow, identify bottlenecks, and drive improvements to deliver efficient and high-quality outcomes for clients across immigration law services.

Formación

• 2+ years leading teams or operations in high-volume, process-driven environments.
• Bilingual English-Spanish required.
• Experience managing production lines or workflows and removing bottlenecks.
• Able to prevent and reduce backlog and anticipate risks.
• Development-oriented leadership to raise quality and productivity.
• Strong KPI measurement and process improvement skills.
• Excellent communication to coordinate with multiple departments.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the legal production line operation from intake to completion.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks to keep workflow stable and backlog-free.
• Drive team growth by improving quality and productivity.
• Set and track operational metrics and KPIs; adjust processes based on results.
• Collaborate with Onboarding, Review, Verification, Paralegals, Attorneys, and others for efficiency.
• Propose and implement medium/long-term process improvements.
