Mangone Law Firm, LLC is seeking an Intake Coordinator to lead the intake team and ensure accurate, timely collection of client information ahead of consultations. You will monitor deadlines, maintain quality standards, and guide the team with actionable pre-consultation notes to close cases effectively.

Formación

• Experience leading or coordinating a team, overseeing day-to-day work, deadline compliance, and information quality.
• Proven ability to collect client information completely and accurately ahead of consultations.
• Strong attention to detail, judgment, and capability to identify process gaps.
• Excellent communication to give feedback and guide the team and prep notes.
• Ability to work under pressure with multiple cases and people.
• Willingness to work various shifts as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the Intake team, ensuring every Qlead is collected and logged within 24 hours.
• Oversee deadline compliance and quality standards, review work and correct deviations promptly.
• Prepare and review actionable pre-consultation notes to assist the consultant.
• Identify and propose process improvements and training for the team.
• Collaborate with Client Intake to ensure consistency across the client journey.
