A dynamic immigration law firm based in New Jersey is looking for a HubSpot Technician to optimize their marketing automation processes. This entry-level full-time position requires bilingual candidates fluent in English and Spanish, with experience in managing HubSpot CRM and a focus on driving marketing efforts effectively.

Formación

• At least 2 years of experience with HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub.
• Understanding of marketing automation, lead scoring, workflows, and segmentation strategies.

We are seeking a talented HubSpot Technician to join our team.

Requirements:

• Manage and optimize our HubSpot account (Marketing Hub and CRM)
• Set up and enhance workflows, automation, forms, email campaigns, and landing pages
• Integrate HubSpot with other tools used by the firm
• Create dashboards and reports for KPIs
• Support sales and marketing teams to use HubSpot effectively
• Ensure campaigns are executed properly in English and Spanish
• Propose data-driven strategies to improve lead generation and campaign performance

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• At least 2 years of experience with HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub
• Understanding of marketing automation, lead scoring, workflows, and segmentation strategies

Preferred:

• Experience working remotely with marketing or sales teams
• Excellent organizational, attention to detail, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
