AIG Multinational is seeking a Multinational Issuing Office Analyst to analyze information for issuing policies, endorsements, and certificates. You will interact with clients and brokers, ensuring AML compliance and coordinating with internal teams to issue or renew policies across diverse products.

The role requires a Bachelor's in international business, advanced English, and experience in insurance or financial services.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in international business or related field.
Advanced English language proficiency for meetings with other countries.
Experience in Insurance or Financial Services in a client-facing role.
Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

Analyze information necessary to issue policies, endorsements, and certificates.
Request client/broker information to issue documents and comply with AML laws.
Drive the process to issue/renew policies for various products and clients.
Develop relationships with brokers and coordinate with internal teams as needed.
Analyze and negotiate handling fees based on history of claims and support level.
Help the team achieve KPIs and advance Multinational initiatives.
