Job summary

Buck land is seeking an MX Air Operations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to manage an assigned customer portfolio within Air Operations. You will coordinate shipments from pre-alert through customs, delivery, and billing readiness, acting as the primary contact among customers, Buckland, and service providers.

You will monitor KPIs and SLAs, escalate risks, and communicate proactively to ensure timely, accurate updates and continuous service improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2–3 years in air import/export or customs operations in Mexico.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican customs regulations and foreign trade requirements.
• Experience coordinating shipments and customs clearance with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operations for the assigned customer portfolio from pre-alert to billing readiness.
• Coordinate with airlines, brokers, warehouses, and carriers to meet client SLAs.
• Provide proactive and timely shipment status updates and escalation when needed.
• Maintain KPI tracking, SLA compliance, and root-cause analysis for service improvements.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve issues.
