Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide highest level of customer service to clients, vendors, and service providers
• Prepare customs and internal documents accurately with guidance when necessary
• Handle client queries promptly and professionally
• Contact clients or other brokers to request additional documents or information as needed
• Respond to calls and questions from internal and external sources
• Trace shipments and set up pre-arrivals at Customs
• Escalate and report issues or delays to Team Leader
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned
