Redwood Logistics in Monterrey, Mexico, is hiring a Customer Operations Representative for a hybrid schedule (onsite Mon/Fri; remote Sat/Sun). The role covers daily operational tasks, data entry, and load coordination to ensure timely freight movements across North America and Mexico.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in English/Spanish with strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bi-lingual in English/Spanish with strong verbal and written communication.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to switch focus quickly based on market/company needs.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong critical thinking.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage operational workflow for designated accounts, providing exceptional customer service.
• Identify, investigate, and correct customer problems and order delays.
• Schedule freight pick-up and delivery appointments.
• Perform precise data entry and build orders in Redwood’s proprietary TMS.
• Provide freight status updates to shippers, receivers, customers, and internal parties.
• Communicate updates to customer and internal carrier account teams as needed.
• Verify freight charges and resolve accounting discrepancies prior to invoicing.
• Generate and process appropriate paperwork for orders with attention to detail.
• Resolve issues related to customer shipments efficiently and effectively.
