Redwood Logistics is seeking a Customer Operations Representative in Monterrey, Mexico. The role involves delivering outstanding customer service while overseeing daily operational tasks such as data entry, load building, and scheduling appointments within a hybrid work model (2 days in office; 2 remote).

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can multitask, and communicates clearly in English and Spanish. Training and onboarding will occur onsite during the initial period.

Formación

• Bi-lingual in English/Spanish; proficient level for verbal and written communication.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities under changing conditions.
• Strong attention to detail in data entry and order processing.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage daily operational workflow for designated accounts.
• Identify and resolve customer problems and order delays.
• Schedule freight pick-up and delivery appointments.
• Enter data and build orders in Redwood’s proprietary TMS.
• Provide freight status updates to customers and internal teams.
• Verify freight charges and resolve discrepancies before invoicing.
