Integon in Tijuana is seeking a Lead Generator to initiate contact with potential customers, assess needs, and connect qualified leads with licensed agents who complete the sale. You will communicate across channels with professionalism and empathy.

This role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, advanced English and Spanish, and strong communication skills. You will document interactions in internal systems and support customers through their buying journey.

Formación

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced English and Spanish (fully bilingual).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask across multiple systems.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with potential customers to follow up on inquiries and interest in insurance.
