Integon, the Mexican division of a leading U.S. insurance group, is hiring a Customer Service Representative to handle high-volume inbound calls, explain policy options, and help customers make informed insurance decisions.

You’ll be the first contact after policy sales, resolving issues, guiding policy changes, and assisting with billing questions, while maintaining empathetic, clear communication in English and Spanish.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask while using multiple systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Attention to detail and adherence to procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of inquiries from customers and agents, determine next steps.
• Answer incoming calls and provide guidance on existing policies.
• Serve as the first contact after policy sale by identifying risks and gathering information.
• Document call details, process policy changes, answer billing questions, maintain phone etiquette.
• Support health policy requests such as cancellations, profile updates, and refunds.
• Review policy details and provide accurate coverage information.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure exceptional service.
