Integon, the Mexican division of The Allstate Corporation, is hiring a Lead Generator in Tijuana. You will initiate contact with potential customers, identify needs, and connect qualified leads with licensed agents who complete insurance sales.

Fluency in English and Spanish, strong communication, and the ability to work across multiple systems are essential. Paid training and comprehensive benefits accompany this on-site role.

Formación

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced English and Spanish (fully bilingual).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask while working across multiple systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with procedural tasks.

About the Role

As a Lead Generator, you will initiate contact with potential customers, understand their needs, and connect qualified leads with licensed agents who complete the insurance sale. You will communicate clearly across multiple channels and ensure every interaction reflects professionalism, empathy, and a positive customer experience. This role is ideal for people who enjoy connecting with others, asking great questions, and supporting customers through their buying journey.
