Triumphs of Talent is seeking an IT Helpdesk / Desktop Support professional to provide Level I and II support for end users, troubleshooting Windows 11, Office, hardware, printers, and basic network issues in a dynamic environment.

Fluent Spanish and English are required along with strong customer service and problem-solving skills. You will manage tickets in ServiceNow or other ITSM tools, maintain hardware/software inventory, and assist users during meetings and technology projects.

Formación

• 3–5 years of IT Helpdesk / Desktop Support experience.
• Fluent Spanish and English.
• Windows 10/11 support.
• Computer hardware & software troubleshooting.
• Microsoft Office support.
• Printer configuration.
• Basic networking.
• Ticketing/ITSM systems such as ServiceNow.
• Basic ITIL knowledge.
• Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent IT education/experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level I/II technical support via phone, chat, email, and in person.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and software.
• Troubleshoot Windows 11, Microsoft Office, hardware, and basic networking issues.
• Manage and update tickets using ServiceNow or other ITSM/ticketing systems.
• Maintain IT hardware/software inventory and documentation.
• Support users during meetings, events, and technology projects.
• Provide end-user training and explain technical issues in simple terms.
• Escalate complex issues when required.
