Requirements include secondary education, advanced English (B2/C1), computer skills, and at least one year of call center experience. Residency in Tijuana or nearby areas is required.

• Must live in Tijuana or nearby areas.
• Must not have previously worked at Seguros Confíe (rehire eligibility may be reviewed).
