Haz tu CV is seeking a bilingual HR Generalist to support daily HR operations, including employee records, onboarding/offboarding, payroll, benefits, recruiting support, compliance, and employee relations.

The ideal candidate has 3–7 years in HR, strong English and Spanish, excellent organization, discretion, and the ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality. Compensation is USD 2,000–2,500 per month, with US Eastern Time hours.

Formación

• 3-7 years of hands-on HR experience.
• Experience in onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, and HR administration.
• Fluent in English and Spanish oral and written.
• Experience with Gusto or similar payroll platform.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain employee records and HR compliance across the full lifecycle.
• Coordinate onboarding, transfers, offboarding and policy administration.
• Manage payroll data and benefits in collaboration with finance.
• Support recruiting: posting roles, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Address employee questions and support performance and relations processes.
