Marsh seeks a Graphic Designer Specialist to join our team in Mexico City. This hybrid role requires three days a week in the office. You will own the brand system, driving its evolution across all touchpoints and ensuring consistent application.

You will collaborate with marketing and stakeholders, develop layouts for brochures, web graphics and presentations, and help improve internal processes. A strong English portfolio and 3+ years of brand design experience are essential.

Formación

• 3+ years of brand design experience at an agency, in-house, or both.
• Language Requirements: Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Portfolio demonstrating creative design skills; portfolio must be in English.

Responsabilidades

• Conceptualizes graphics materials such as brochures, flyers, surveys, presentations, and web graphics.
• Creates layouts with desktop publishing software and merges with copy for brochures, reports and posters.
• Proofs promotional materials at various stages to ensure specifications and standards are met.
• Provides approved outputs to production for printing to maintain consistency.
• Collaborates across marketing and the wider organization to improve processes.
