Job summary

TELUS Health is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative in Mexico City to deliver empathetic support for Employee Assistance Program users across Latin America. You will handle calls, chats, and emails, route inquiries, and coordinate referrals with clinical and nutrition teams.

The role requires current university enrollment in relevant fields, English at B2+ level, and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced, multicultural setting. Hybrid work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a university student in Psychology, HR, Law, Finance/Economics, or Nutrition.
• Call center experience is preferred.
• English proficiency at Intermediate level (B2+) or higher.
• Strong listening and empathy skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive and manage routine and critical calls from EAP users across Latin America.
• Handle inquiries via Wellness Portal chat, mobile app, and email.
• Conduct data intake, identify consultation reasons, and route to appropriate resources.
• Refer psychological cases to clinical team and nutrition cases to nutrition team.
• Coordinate referrals with external professionals and follow up on outcomes.
• Monitor user experience and conduct post-care follow-up surveys.
