Ormco is seeking a Digital Technical Support Representative to provide exceptional customer service and technical assistance by phone or email. The role emphasizes accurate data handling and collaboration with Customer Success and Data Analytics, following established guidelines and SOPs.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in customer service or data roles, with fluent English and strong problem-solving capabilities to support ERP and CRM systems within a global team.

Formación

Bachelor's degree required.
2+ years customer service or customer data function experience preferred.
Fluency in professional English speaking and written communications required.

Responsabilidades

Develop and foster customer relationships through professional, courteous service for all basic inquiries by phone or e-mail.
Ensure efficient completion of basic customer transactions including ticket resolution.
Resolve case status inquiries and complaints, escalating when needed.
Maintain cross-functional relationships and collaborate with teams.
Manage Jira, Insignia and Spark Support CRM inboxes and respond to emails and calls promptly.
Work with Customer Success and Data Analytics to ensure data accuracy for new accounts and updates.
Identify root causes for data quality KPI metrics and participate in countermeasures.
Contribute to SOPs, training materials, and process documentation for data management.
Provide 2nd-level support for customer portal, CRM, ERP, and related systems and support tasks as needed.
