TTEC is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Mexico City to assist customers in Spanish and English. You will answer inquiries, research solutions, and resolve issues with empathy to ensure a superior customer experience.

Formación

• At least 1 year of recent experience in Customer Service.
• Advanced English and Spanish both written and spoken.
• Open availability to work any shift, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to navigate through several web applications simultaneously (multitask).
• Currently live in Mexico City or the immediate surroundings.

What You'll be Doing

During a Typical Day, You'll

• Answer incoming communications from customers
