La familia presenta is seeking bilingual Service & Support Agents to join our team in Ensenada, Baja California. If you enjoy customer service and want to grow in a supportive environment, this role offers real work. Real people. Real support.

You will need fluent English and Spanish, strong verbal communication, and basic computer skills. Call center experience is a plus, but not required, and valid Mexican documentation is required.
