La familia presenta is expanding its on-site call center team in Ensenada, Baja California. We’re seeking bilingual talent fluent in English and Spanish, with strong verbal communication and basic computer skills.

This is a fixed schedule role, Monday to Friday with weekends off, weekly pay, paid training, and opportunities for career growth. Valid Mexican documentation is required to work on-site.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish (near-native English required).
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (typing, navigating systems).
• Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented.
