Job summary

EnsenadaHoy in Ensenada, BC is seeking a bilingual call center applicant for an on-site role. You will engage customers in English and Spanish, handle inbound inquiries, and provide courteous support while learning and growing within the company.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required or strongly preferred.

• Call center experience is a plus but not required.
• Valid Mexican documentation is required to work in Ensenada.

Responsibilities
