CoinFlip seeks a bilingual Customer Support Agent (Spanish and English) to assist ATM customers and educate users on our crypto platform. You will address questions about ATM usage, provide basic crypto education, and troubleshoot ATM issues while meeting performance expectations.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Spanish and English, comfortable with tech, and located in Mexico. The role offers a base salary with incentives for full-time employment and a collaborative, fast-moving environment.

Formación

• Business fluent in Spanish and English
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM
• Competent computer literacy
• Troubleshooting experience or familiarity with MS Office
• Must be located in Mexico

Responsabilidades

• Supporting ATM customers via phone, chat, email and SMS
• Handling questions regarding ATM and App usage
• Providing basic cryptocurrency education to customers
• Troubleshooting ATMs and reporting trends
• Adhering to performance expectations
• Other duties as assigned
