Félix is seeking a Collections Operations Manager to own and scale the U.S. consumer-lending collections function. This hands-on leadership role will redesign the operating model, develop data-driven repayment strategies, and own performance across the collections lifecycle.

The ideal candidate brings deep U.S. B2C collections experience, a track record of building or transforming collections operations, and the ability to balance portfolio performance with compliant, customer-centric practices.

Formación

• 5+ years in B2C collections with at least 3 years in the U.S. market.
• Led collections strategy or rebuilt operations.
• Managed collections teams and vendor relationships.
• Experience with FDCPA/Regulation F, TCPA and state-level rules.
• Strong analytics, forecasting, and collections economics capabilities.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end collections strategy and execution.
• Architect collections technology stack and integrations, including workflow automation and analytics.
• Drive portfolio performance using data, experimentation, and optimization; alert Credit Risk on signals.
• Embed compliance by translating laws into operational policies, controls, and audit-ready procedures.
• Build and lead a high-performing team with clear structure, standards, and vendor management.
• Plan for growth as new states open and volume changes.
