The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, experience in customer service and collections, and strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Contact customers by phone to collect past due balances on AutoZone accounts.

• Analyze on-hand information prior to contact to answer questions about account balances.
