Nielsen Holdings Plc is seeking a Bilingual Agent for our Panel Relations team in Guadalajara. The role focuses on engaging US panel households, conducting interviews, and providing basic technical guidance while ensuring data accuracy.

No prior experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided. The hybrid role involves 3 days in the office and 2 days at home, with English and Spanish fluency essential for success.

Are you an excellent communicator passionate about building relationships and connecting with people? Nielsen is looking for a Bilingual Agent to join our Panel Relations team as the primary contact for US panel households. In this role, you will build rapport with participating families, conduct structured interviews, provide basic technical guidance, and ensure the ongoing accuracy and integrity of our global audience measurement data. No prior experience required!

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Building & Retention: Serve as a trusted advisor to participating families, establishing rapport and addressing concerns to encourage active, long-term participation.

Interviews & Data Collection: Conduct phone interviews to verify eligibility, collect demographic information, and maintain high standards of sample quality.

Basic Technical Support: Guide households through remote setup, equipment installation, and basic connectivity troubleshooting (Wi‑Fi and home networking).

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily goals regarding recruitment metrics, data accuracy, and participant satisfaction.

Experience: No prior experience required — comprehensive training provided.

Languages: Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent work experience.

Technical Aptitude: Comfort navigating standard computer systems (MS Windows, iOS, and Google Workspace applications).

Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal communication, active listening, and a patient, customer-first mindset.

Guadalajara Based:Hybrid policy Role in Guadalajara (3 days at the office, 2 days at home)
