NIQ is seeking a Consumer & Household Panel Insights professional to develop client accounts through analytical insights and in-depth data analysis. You will identify opportunities, generate strategic recommendations, and ensure client satisfaction aligned with NIQ’s objectives.

You will collaborate on translating complex data into actionable client presentations, leveraging advanced KPIs and analytics across NielsenIQ solutions. Strong English and MS Office skills are essential.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Management, Marketing, Commercial or Industrial Engineering, or related.
  • 2-4 years of experience in mass consumption, consulting companies, Retailers, or related.
  • Advanced English; strong MS Office skills (Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Experience analyzing and interpreting Household Panel data and KPIs (penetration, frequency, spend, loyalty).

Responsabilidades

  • Analyze and interpret Household Panel KPIs to identify consumer behavior trends, category dynamics, and growth opportunities for clients.
  • Develop strategic recommendations based on household panel insights, including penetration, purchase frequency, spend, loyalty, and shopper demographics.
  • Translate complex consumer and market data into actionable business insights and clear client presentations.
  • Support clients in understanding changes in shopper behavior and market performance through panel-based analysis.
  • Integrate Household Panel data with other NielsenIQ solutions to provide a holistic view of market and consumer performance.
  • Proactively identify business opportunities and potential risks by monitoring consumer trends and panel indicators.

As a Consumer & Household Panel Insights, you will collaborate in the development of accounts through the analytical insights provided to clients, understanding the market in which they operate and their respective businesses, using in-depth data analysis. Your main objective will be to strategically identify opportunities, generate insights, and provide recommendations according to the client's needs and objectives, ensuring their satisfaction through effective and high-quality responses, always in line with NielsenIQ's business objectives and strategic planning, using advanced KPIs and analytics and enabling integration with other expert solutions.

About position

As an executive you will cooperate in the development of clients' commercial activities, understanding their business to analyze it, finding strategic areas of opportunity and insights to advise them according to their needs and objectives, ensuring customer satisfaction with effective and quality responses based on the solutions provided by NielsenIQ

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret Household Panel KPIs to identify consumer behavior trends, category dynamics, and growth opportunities for clients.
  • Develop strategic recommendations based on household panel insights, including metrics such as penetration, purchase frequency, spend, loyalty, and shopper demographics.
  • Translate complex consumer and market data into actionable business insights and clear client presentations.
  • Support clients in understanding changes in shopper behavior and market performance through panel-based analysis.
  • Integrate Household Panel data with other NielsenIQ solutions to provide a holistic view of market and consumer performance.
  • Proactively identify business opportunities and potential risks by monitoring consumer trends and panel indicators.
Qualifications

About You

This position is for you, if you are an analytical person and have effective sales and communication skills, if you like to be in contact with customers and detect their needs, in addition, if you are passionate about innovation, you will be able to share ideas and solutions to our customers in different ways.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Management, Marketing, Commercial or Industrial Engineering, or related.
  • 2-4 years of experience in mass consumption, consulting companies, Retailers, or related.
  • Ability to prepare presentations, understand macroeconomic scenarios
  • Advanced English
  • Microsoft Office Package (Desirable Excel and PowerPoint intermediate level)
  • Experience analyzing and interpreting Household Panel data and KPIs (e.g., penetration, frequency, spend per buyer, loyalty, switching, purchase occasions, shopper profiling).
  • Ability to convert consumer insights into strategic recommendations for clients.
  • Experience presenting consumer behavior and panel findings to stakeholders and business decision-makers.
  • Knowledge of FMCG market dynamics and shopper analytics.
