Job summary

RS Group is seeking a skilled BI Analyst to develop and maintain dashboards and reports for Global Shared Business Services (GSBS). You will transform data into actionable insights, collaborate with global teams, and guide business users on KPI trends and improvements.

The role involves end-to-end BI development, data sourcing, and delivering training/workshops to stakeholders across GSBS. Strong SAP BO and Power BI know-how is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a role delivering analytical outputs for stakeholders.
• Degree or equivalent in relevant analytical field.
• Able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Expertise with SAP Business Objects and related BW/ERP systems.
• Proficiency in data extraction and statistics; SQL/Python/VBA.
• Excellent English and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and deliver reports and dashboards for GSBS operational performance.
• Collaborate with GSBS teams to define new reporting needs and maintain existing reporting.
• Source and assemble large, complex data sets to solve business problems.
• Provide BI best-practice guidance to customers.
• Manage projects; communicate progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Gather requirements and outline current/future processes.
• Engage with senior leaders and stakeholders to share insights.
