RS Group is hiring for a data analyst role to provide data and insight across Global Shared Services, including AP, AR, and Order Processing. You will build, maintain, and deliver dashboards and reports using SAP BO, BW, and Power BI, while engaging stakeholders across GSBS to drive improvements.

The candidate will source large datasets, provide coaching on KPIs, and support ad-hoc analyses. Strong English and cross-functional collaboration are essential for success.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in a role delivering analytical outputs (reports, dashboards, etc).
• Degree level education or equivalent in analytical fields.
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders effectively at all levels.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Business Objects and BW/legacy RS Group data warehouses.
• Proficiency with SAP Business Objects Toolsets and Power BI.
• Experience with data extraction, manipulation, and statistics.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and deliver reports/dashboards to generate actionable insights for GSBS Operational Performance.
• Collaborate with GSBS teams to define reporting needs and maintain existing reports.
• Source large datasets to solve business problems creatively.
• Provide BI guidance and best practices to customers.
• Manage projects with clear progress, risks, and dependencies.
