Univar Solutions in Mexico is seeking a competitive consultative technical business development professional to promote Beauty & Personal Care ingredients across the country. The role focuses on initiating opportunities with R&D and business development teams, providing formulation support, and expanding our presence in key accounts.

You will work hybrid, visiting Parque Industrial Tule area three times a week as described, while collaborating with sales to grow new business and support existing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Biochemical preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in sales/commercial with technical focus in BPC.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, industrial, or chemical sales preferred.
• Ability to analyze complex technical information and communicate clearly.
• Willingness to travel; travel frequency may vary.
• Experience navigating regulated markets.
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships with key contacts and suppliers.

Responsabilités

• Initiate, develop and close new opportunities with R&D and business development teams.
• Provide product recommendations and formulation support.
• Improve position within accounts with consultative selling.
• Generate industry reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Stay ahead of product trends and actively grow the territory.
• Collaborate with sales to establish new business and support existing accounts.
• Promote product lines by meeting customers in person and virtually.
• Support customers during scale-up and technical transfer.
• Provide technical training on product lines.
• Understand and interpret government and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal units to support lead-gen programs.
• Collaborate with marketing on national campaigns.
• Participate in industry events and supplier trainings.
