Join our Food & Beverage team as a Barista | Market Attendant at Hyatt Regency DFW, conveniently located across from Terminal C at DFW Airport. Our award-winning hotel features 811 guestrooms and more than 92,000 square feet of meeting and event space, creating exciting opportunities to serve guests from around the world.

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Barista | Market Attendant with flexible availability.

Available shifts may fall between:

• 5:00AM - 1:00pm


• Weekend and holiday availability may be required.

What You'll Do

As a Barista | Market Attendant, you will play an important role in creating exceptional guest experiences by:

• Crafting and serving specialty beverages in accordance with Hyatt standards


• Preparing food items and maintaining quality presentation


• Operating the point-of-sale system and processing guest transactions


• Restocking merchandise and maintaining market displays


• Ensuring cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards are consistently met


• Delivering friendly, attentive service to every guest

Qualifications

• Develop strong knowledge of menu offerings and confidently provide food and beverage recommendations to enhance the guest experience.


• Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations whenever possible.

Accurately enter and communicate food and beverage orders while following established service standards and procedures

• Maintain compliance with all Hyatt safety, sanitation, and food handling requirements.


• Complete opening, ongoing, and closing duties thoroughly and consistently.


• Demonstrate a genuine passion for coffee, tea, and hospitality while embracing opportunities to learn industry trends and product knowledge.


• Exhibit polished verbal communication skills and a professional, guest-focused demeanor.


• Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and a positive attitude.


• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.


• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting of heavier items as business needs require.


• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and other shifts based on operational needs.
